MEET REBECCA KISLING, DDS

Dr. Rebecca Kisling was born in Saint Louis, Missouri and attended Nerinx Hall High School. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Missouri-Columbia with two degrees, Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. After college, Dr. Kisling received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015 from University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School and was ranked second in her class overall.

After graduation, she attended UMKC School of Dentistry’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. This yearlong program advanced her skills in both restorative and surgical dentistry, with special focus and training in cosmetic dentistry, TMJ disorders and occlusion, and implant dentistry.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, and several continuing education groups in the areas of implant dentistry and airway dentistry.

Dr. Kisling loves Kansas City. She and her husband, Andrew, were married in downtown KC in 2020, and they have recently purchased their first home here. Her mom keeps asking her when she’s moving back to St. Louis, and the answer is never! Outside the office, she enjoys Chiefs football, DIY house projects, photography, and traveling.

Vyvenne, DENTAL HYGIENIST

Vy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2017 from UMKC. She received Student of the Year while in the program. Prior to attending UMKC Vyvenne worked as a dental assistant for 15 years, alongside her childhood dentist. This is where her love for dentistry grew. While most people see her as a “teeth cleaner” she understands she is much more than that. She is passionate about educating her patients on how to improve their oral health while simultaneously improving their overall health.

Vyvenne resides in Lee’s Summit with her spouse and 2 daughters. In her free time you may find her at the gym, tending to her growing collection of houseplants or lounging on the porch with coffee in hand next to her high school sweetheart.

Kaylee, DENTAL HYGIENIST

Kaylee was born in New Mexico and moved to Kansas City to attend Concorde Career college where she received her degree in dental hygiene and graduated with a 4.0. Kaylee and her husband, Ramon recently welcomed their first baby, Kamdyn in July 2022. They also have three dogs - Paris, Royal, and Rambo.

Kaylee has a passion for educating patients about their oral heath while making them feel comfortable in her chair. Outside of dentistry, Kaylee and her husband enjoy loving on their son, hanging out with family and friends, and watching Chiefs football!

Michelle, DENTAL ASSISTANT

Michelle has been a dental assistant for fifteen years. She has been working with Dr Kisling since October 2018. She has a calm spirit, which transfers to her patients and everyone around her. She strives to make sure every visit is comfortable and painless as possible for her patients.

Outside of work she spends time with her four children Rodney, Stephen, Makenna, and Khalil. She also enjoys fishing, cooking, watching sports, and volunteering in her community.
